By utilizing the FOCUS-PDCA model, Stanford Hospital & Clinics gains knowledge of how well hospital processes or practices are meeting patient needs and expectations.

 

We also use FOCUS-PDCA to test process changes and to improve our products and services from the patient’s viewpoint.

 

FOCUS-PDCA means:
