The class provides a total mind-body workout featuring Tai Chi, Chi Kung and other training methods. It is designed to reduce stress and ease suffering from physical limitations and chronic ailments.

As part of our strategy for dealing with people that have movement, balance or pain challenges, participants can begin exercising seated and gradually move to performing exercises while standing. 
 
Class instructors, Mwezo Kudumu and Jane Kerr of Kujiweza Healing Arts have over 30 years experience teaching ancient art healing exercises.
