The Vascular Surgery Clinic is open five days a week to see patients with each attending physician having his/her own designated clinic time.

There are five exam rooms plus a procedure room, as well as three diagnostic vascular labs. We see approximately 8,300 patients a year, representing over a three-fold increase in volume since 1996.

The clinic is fully integrated into the physician's practice, facilitating the preoperative and postoperative evaluation of their patients as well as all of the surgery scheduling.

We currently have three full-time surgery schedulers, an HMO coordinator, two front office support staff, a clinic RN, a clinic manager, and a full compliment of inpatient nursing support staff including a research nurse, inpatient nurse coordinator and an inpatient nurse practitioner.

We currently have the highest level of patient satisfaction in our Vascular Clinic, among all the outpatient clinics in the hospital, which is reflective of the commitment of our staff and attending surgeons to provide the most efficient and the highest quality of patient care.
