Directions: Our clinic is located on the first floor, enter from the fountain entrance of the hospital, make an immediate left towards the information desk. Turn right down the first hallway and you'll see the clinic.

The Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Clinic is a multi-disciplinary clinic that is staffed by transplant nephrologists, kidney and pancreas transplant surgeons, and nurse coordinators. Patients are seen in this clinic for both their pretransplant evaluation and post-transplant care.

For initial evaluation for transplantation, patients are scheduled through the kidney transplant office (650) 725-9891.

Follow-up clinic appointments may be scheduled through the medical specialty clinics at (650) 723-6961.
