The Neurodiagnostic Labs are dedicated to providing a comprehensive battery of neurological testing procedures for Stanford University Medical Center and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. Testing performed in the labs evaluates the functional aspects of the peripheral and central nervous system to aid in the diagnosis of Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Strokes, Parkinson's Disease and other neurological disorders. The Neurodiagnostic Labs provide technical support to the Stanford Comprehensive Epilepsy Center. The Stanford Stroke Center, the Movement Disorder Center and the Neuromuscular Clinic.

 

The Neuropsychology Service provides diagnosis and assessment of the cognitive and behavioral effects of neurological and psychiatric disorders in adults and older adolescents. These disorders include Head Injury, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, Brain Tumor, and Epilepsy, as well as Learning Disability, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder and Asperger’s Disorder.

  • Nerve Conduction Studies (NCV)
  • Evoked Potentials (EP)
  • Long Term Monitoring for Epilepsy (LTME)
  • Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring (IOM)
  • Transcranial Doppler (TCD)
  • Neuropsychological Testing
  • Quantitative Movement Disorder Evaluations
  • Botulinum Toxin Injections
