Community Home Program
Many patients undergo treatments at Stanford Hospital & Clinics, requiring them to reside in the area for an extended period of time. We recognize the need to provide temporary housing options for patients during this time when low cost housing options are limited. The development of the Community Home Program was envisioned to help alleviate this housing issue by placing out-of-town patients and their families with volunteer hosts who live near Stanford.
Participation in the Community Home Program requires a social work assessment and financial screening.
