Patients and consumers are welcome to call the Stanford Consumer Line at (800) 756-9000 Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm (PST).

Referral Specialists are available to answer your questions and:

• Provide consumer information, contact names and phone numbers for physicians and services
• Refer consumers to appropriate clinics to schedule appointments
• Verify scheduled appointments
• Provide contracting information for Medical Groups and Health Plans
• Assist in navigating consumer concerns in the Stanford Clinics
