Have you ever been sent an email with a photo, file or a document “attached” to it, only to loose the attachment somewhere on your computer or not know how to open it?
This course will provide you with basic skills to use Microsoft Outlook 2002. This level 1 course will focus on general email tips and trick and how to organize your emails and calendar.
Topics covered include:
General email tools:
- Learn how to send and receive e-mail, manage email messages efficiently, and create individualized signatures
Attachments:
- Handle those attachments with ease, and learn how and where to save them on your computer
Calendar:
- Schedule single and recurring appointments and events, and create reminders for yourself. Create, send and manage meeting requests
Organization:
- Prioritize, assign and track all your tasks and to-do lists. Organize contact names, addresses, and other important and helpful information
