Basic Hemodynamic Monitoring

This course covers assessment and intervention using hemodynamic parameters measured from pulmonary artery, right atrial, left atrial, and peripheral artery monitoring systems. Included will be monitoring system setup and maintenance; waveform analysis; pressure, SVR, CO value interpretation; SVO2 and continuous cardiac output monitoring. This course is intended for nurses who are unfamiliar with course content, or who need a fresh review of fundamental concepts.
