Human Dynamics is a breakthrough in understanding people. Based on investigations undertaken since 1979, Human Dynamics has identified patterns and distinctions that form the basic “living system” of human beings independent of age, culture, race, and gender. These patterns and distinctions can be identified in infancy and remain constant throughout the life span. Their existence can be scientifically validated and have profound implications for understanding people’s unique developmental journey.

In this inspiring two-day seminar combining discussion, video tapes, individual and group exercises, and text you will learn how to:

Identify the function of your own personality dynamic and how it contrasts with others

Explore your communication needs, and those of others

Learn techniques for stress management that are specific to the different personality dynamics

Build remarkable teams that bring out everyone’s innate talents

Learn, teach and mentor others effectively

Human Dynamics Seminar Overview:

Day I: Introduction to Human Dynamics: Provides a platform for participants to explore and identify their own personality dynamic through a fun, experiential format.

Day II: Communication and the Developmental Journey: Provides participants with practical tools and processes they can use in their work and life.
