This 1-day program will provide a new understanding of diversity, inclusion, values, and culture. Explore how you can value diversity toward inclusion to enrich your world view.
Using small and large group activities, video, and lecture, this highly engaging day is an opportunity to expand your self-awareness around diversity.
You can look forward to participating and interacting with peers to practice using tools and techniques that will enhance your ability to value and appreciate differences across cultures and styles. Create and sustain successful relationships by avoiding “cross-cultural collisions” before they happen.
Don’t miss this opportunity to become more cross-culturally competent and to have more rewarding relationships at work, at home and at play.
Program Highlights:
-
Examine how programming and stereotypes affect co-worker and customer relationships
-
Enhance awareness of personal culture and values
-
Become aware of cross-cultural perspectives by understanding the range of cultural and workplace behaviors
