Don’t miss this exciting and motivating program presented by Dr. Bruce Wilson, the Medical Director of HeartMath.

Recent research by cardiologists and neuroscientists has shown that there is a profound relationship between the heart and brain function, cardiovascular health and stress. Specially, they have shown that by intentionally changing the quality of the signals the heart sends to the brain enables individuals to see rapid and significant improvements in: mental clarity, creativity and decision making, cardiovascular flexibility, hormonal balance immune function.

Program Highlights

  • Inner Quality Management (IQM) model - Learn the key to improving the qualities of peak performance: clear thinking, resiliency under pressure, and improved communication skills

  • Heart/Brain Interaction - Learn how the heart and brain communicate. Discover why the best stress buster is the one that changes the quality of this communication

  • Stress breaking tools and techniques - Learn how to stop the negative impact stress has on your body and mind, on demand, 24/7
