The media and television commercials have provided us with much information about the importance of knowing our T-score to tell us if we have osteoporosis. How important is the T-score? How do we know the status of our bone health? What information does the Surgeon General have to help us? This talk will focus on these and other important questions about maintaining healthy bone.
