Stanford Stroke Awareness Health Fair
May 8 is National Stroke Alert Day.

Stroke Awareness and Health Fair

Stanford is participating with many others around the country in this united effort to educate people about the signs and symptoms of stroke and the importance of receiving timely treatment. Physicians from the Stanford Stroke Center will discuss the latest techniques for treating and preventing stroke, and special topics such as Women and Stroke and Transient Ischemic Attacks (TIAs) will be presented. A health fair will enhance this informational day. Lunch will be served.
